Do you charge for the site visit?
No. The first site visit and measurement in Gorakhpur, Lucknow & Delhi is free. You only pay once you confirm the job.
Do I need to pay any advance?
Small repairs, single doors, drawers and side boxes need no advance. For larger orders like full kitchens, wardrobes or beds, a partial advance may be asked for material only — always confirmed with you first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfer are all accepted.
Is the calculator price final?
It's a close estimate based on your entered size and standard rate. The final price is confirmed after we see the wood type, hardware choice and site condition in person.
Does the kitchen price include countertop?
No — the ₹200/sq ft rate covers the plywood cabinet carcase, shutters, shelves and internal fittings. Granite or marble countertop is quoted separately by the stone supplier.
Can I get a custom mandir or pooja door design?
Yes. Send us a reference photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a per-piece quote based on size, detail and finish.
Do you provide any warranty on fitting?
Yes, fitting work carries a workmanship warranty — ask us for the exact period for your job type when you book a visit.
How soon can you start?
Most site visits are scheduled within 24–48 hours of your call or WhatsApp message. Work typically starts within 2–5 days after quote confirmation.
